I guide people through voice as a pathway for healing, embodiment, and presence. Through sharing original songs, sound journeys, Vocal Coaching/Workshops and Voice Activation , I create spaces where the voice is reclaimed as a living expression of the body, emotions, and soul.
I have guided thousands of people from all walks of life over the years — online, in private retreats, workshops, and festivals — with a grounded, intuitive, and relational approach. Sharing Sound Journeys since 2012 and Voice Activation and Transformational Vocal Sessions for those seeking a transpersonal approach since 2014, I value and create an integral and compassionate space where sound becomes medicine and the body becomes an instrument.
With a lifelong background in music, sound healing, yoga, performance, ritual, and somatic awareness, I hold sessions that honour our inherent nature as something to remember — witnessing the beauty and insight when we honour our being as a living expression of the nervous system, the emotions, and the soul. My approach is intuitive and grounded, shaped by studies in Nada Yoga, Bodywork, Gestalt therapy, rites of passage, deep ecology, and years of professional vocal training and performance.
