Meet your Therapist

Hi, I am Olivia and I am a dedicated therapist, passionate about nurturing and supporting clients into balance and peace through relaxation and healing touch. My work is informed by the hollow bone principle — an attunement to deep listening with respect for the body’s innate wisdom, and humility in touch.

Held in a loving, rooted presence, I offer massage as a place of rest — where the nervous system can soften, unwind, and return to its natural rhythms.

Drawing from over a decade of training in bodywork, including Swedish, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage, Balinese massage, and ongoing studies in Craniosacral Therapy (Levels I & II with Nourishing Tides), each session is guided and held with care, supporting rest, integration, and a felt sense of safety and wholeness.
